When I walked into Night School, I was broken. I had just gone through a divorce, lost my job, and was questioning everything about who I was.
Tiffany looked at me on day one and said something that changed my life: "Your mess is your message." I had been so ashamed of my past, of my failures, of the times I fell down. But she showed me how to use those experiences as fuel.
Within six months, I launched Bloom Beauty Co. Within a year, we hit six figures. Today, I employ 15 women and we are on track for our first million-dollar year.
But the real transformation was not the business. It was me. I finally understood that I was enough. That my story mattered. That I could build something beautiful from something broken.
